ETC has rolling admissions throughout the school year.

Our school year

ETC Preparatory Academy operates year-round on a three-semester system (fall, spring, summer). However, students may begin a semester at any time during the year. A trimester system (fall, winter, spring) can also be accommodated.

Our schedule

Classes meet according to student and instructor availability. A standard class length is 50-55 minutes.

School calendar

ETC Preparatory Academy operates year-round with students entering and exiting according to individual programs. ETC Preparatory Academy follows the Mercer Island School District calendar, which will be placed on the office bulletin board at the beginning of each new school year. Out-of-district students will need to communicate with their instructors regarding deviations from the ETC calendar. ETC Preparatory Academy recognizes the following holidays:

Presidents' Day (Third Monday in February)
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Veterans Day (November 11th)
